Reception is open every day from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. The residence is proudly certified Green Key (Clef Verte), demonstrating its commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices. Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and handling fees). Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost, and the number of services purchased must correspond to the number of occupants staying in the accommodation. Guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchen area before departure. The outdoor swimming pool is open from April to October and heated from May to September. From 14 September 2026, the outdoor pool will be closed for renovation works. Guests will still be able to enjoy the indoor swimming pool as well as the outdoor pool at La Grée. For an additional fee, guests may request a specific location within the residence by contacting the property directly using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation. A bakery service is available, with baked goods delivered to reception upon ordering the evening before. The bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception. This service is subject to an additional charge. For invoice requests, the name indicated will be the one stated on the reservation. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be required upon arrival. To save time during check-in, guests are encouraged to complete their registration in advance via their Pierre & Vacances customer account. Only the hammam and sauna are available within the wellness area. Guests wishing to stay active can enjoy the outdoor health trail within the residence. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. A refundable security deposit of EUR 500 will be required upon arrival by credit card pre-authorization.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
